Kristen and Trevor already had their venue booked when they contacted me. It was to be a spring destination wedding in a castle with a barn reception and lots of their friends and families from Canada to join them!
Durhamstown Castle in Meath was the venue they chose and I was already very familiar with it have had weddings there before. The food is amazing, hospitality warm and welcoming and atmosphere relaxed and fun.
We planned for an outdoor wedding followed by drinks on the lawn and dinner in the barn.
The tone of the day was fun, fun and more fun! With the girls in navy and the guys in grey we met in the middle with tones of blue, sagey greens and drops of nude and blush.
Ash and Dan from Weddings by Butterfly captured the lightness and fun of the day!
Sylvia from Bella Botanica did the flowers for us and was as full of laughs as usual on the day and Kristen and the girl’s hair and makeup was The Powder Room Girls .
A fun sunshiny day was had by all!!
